Community Times: We are at the last Quarter & It's a Quick check In Time!
We are at the Last quarter of the year & it's one of the best time to have a community checkIn/Feedback.
Hello Community Rockstar! 👋
Hope you had a good festive time with your family & friends!
This week, we want you to be reminded of something so simple yet very profound for our community's growth. This one simple strategy can change the entire trajectory of our community. A simple yet strong strategy. And while most of us, community managers know it, its value won't be known unless we execute it.
So, let me spill the beans for you all now!
We are in our last quarter & I think it is one of the best times to have a community check-in/feedback from our community members & look back on our journeys so far! This Last quarter review can become quite a crucial stepping stone in the growth of our community.
Ask me How!? :D
Well, understanding where our community stands in its progress path at this time & it will help us build our new year goals effectively.
Here I am listing 3 reasons for conducting last quarter's community feedback:
Doing a quick check-in/feedback from our members helps us understand members'’ pain points & the know-hows and makes them feel cared for & valued.
Such regular check-Ins make our community inclusive & strong.
Helps to understand the current growth rate & paves the way to future growth goals.
Andddddddd
"What gets measured, gets managed" by Peter Druker
This saying holds a lot of wisdom in it. Isn’t It?
Conducting last quarter's metric reports helps us understand parameters like - member engagement, retention rate, new member joining rate & total members of the community. This metric report can then be used to design relevant events, effective content, strategies & goals as per the need of our community.
Would like to know your thoughts on the importance of yearly check-ins/Feedback. Please share your feedback experiences in the comments below. :)
